These clips are designed to secure the barrel hinge pin while the frame is stored without a barrel attached. This stops the dreaded fumble with the hinge pin when you handle the bare frame. You may freely download the 3d Print File pursuant to the conditions of this Creative Commons license.

Per Request – here are the general print settings I used.
60mm/s speed, 0% In-fill, 3-4 perimeters, 3-4 layers on the top and bottom
It’s pretty forgiving on the tolerances but if it happens to not fit between the front of the pin and the frame- then it’s probably (likely) because of over extrusion on the 3D print. It is designed so that it will stay ‘upright’ in the frame and not let the handle ‘fall’ under the pin and not be easy to grab.
